OSX의 파일들을 건들지 말라는 뜻 같은데,
리부팅후에 CMD+R로 복구 시스템 진입 후에 유틸리티>터미널에서 아래와 같이 입력.
csrutil disable
그리고 나서 다시 reboot 하면 el capitan 이전처럼 사용 가능.
